Introducing "JC Dance Fitness"

Danercise

You don't have to be a dancer to take this class!
You will be learning choreographed routines to today's pop/hip-hop/rock music.
Your teacher/Choreographer is Jennifer Copen, a formally trained dancer in jazz,tap,ballet, and lyrical.

"Dancer-cise" will bring you the heart-healthy and waist-line benefits of aerobics without doing jumping jacks or push-ups!

You CAN do this class!

It is easy to follow and fun too!
