Ages 4-9. Ages 10 and up may attend the adult classes

For children ages 4-9 classes held every Saturday 11:00 am. Children will be taught traditional isshin-ryu karate. Students can expect a fun filled class which will blend the traditional discipline of karate with exercises. All of which are destined to help with the development of motor skills, aid with balance, help increase athleticism, and increase cardiovascular health and discipline.

Classes are $29.99 a month. A student can join at any time and there is no contracted time period
that they must stay in the class.

MAC does not charge for promotion to the next level. A child is promoted when they have mastered the skills necessary to advance.
