One on One Sports Training
This is the most effective way to get results. In a one on one sport training session the athlete has the full attention and expertise of the trainer.
The trainer can then tailor the training to the athlete’s specific needs and sport, without the added instruction, and time of training multiple athletes.
This type of training has been proven to be extremely effective as illustrated by M.A.C. trained athletes having been awarded 115 scholarships in 17 yrs.

Group Speed & Agility Training
Group speed and agility training is an extremely effective way to train large or small groups or teams. Group training, much like individual training, stresses speed,
quickness, agility, endurance, strength, and dynamic explosion. In addition, M.A.C. Sports uses highly specialized sports specific functional training to hone the
athletes' skills in their particular sport. Pricing for group sports training varies depending upon the number of athletes participating and whether the training is
