The reason M.A.C. Sports is so successful with the athletes & teams that we train is because we don’t just train our athletes in 2 or 3 areas; We train emphasizing 7 principal areas. In addition, our approach to training is orthopedic as well as functional in nature. While strength & conditioning, speed & agility training can be extremely effective for the athlete, if done improperly it can compromise the joints and lead to injuries, thus, rendering the exercises detrimental, and counter-productive.


Unfortunately, most facilities have yet to adopt the most advanced training; the type of training that is applied here at M.A.C. Sports. Our training is designed to maximize results, while keeping the protection of the joints paramount in our approach. Our training programs address these seven (7) major categories when working with athletics, cheerleading, dance & martial arts:
