As well as personal training I have also been a firefighter for 12 years so I know what it means to be fit. However, as a mum of 2 boys, I also know how hard it can be.
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.

Kettle Ball Squats

Covid -19 has had a big impact on the way we can exercise. Many of my services have moved to online. My clients are able to continue with their personal training online with me right by their side. You can benefit too!

 I also provide online classes and a fitness community group and personally designed home workouts.



Hatton Boxing for fitness combines the principals of professional boxing training and functional fitness to create a unique training system, designed to assist in weight-loss, muscle toning, increased fitness and endurance, and all the fun of training like a boxer without being punched in the face!
1-on-1 sessions, small groups of 3-6 (get your friends together) or larger group classes at external venue.

Healthier Kids

Exercise is one of the most important aspects of a child's life and an important key to reducing our risk of major illnesses later on in life. I am passionate about teaching children while they are young the importance of staying fit and healthy. My Kids Keep Fit classes are fun and energetic with so many benefits including:
